Kelsey Lu

A vocalist, cellist and producer, Lu released her critically acclaimed debut album Blood in April 2019. Her first project in three years since her ground-breaking Church EP released on True Panther, the record was described by The Observer as an “absorbing, astonishing debut” and was made with Rodaidh McDonald as well as additional production from Jamie xx on Why Knock for You and Foreign Car, Adrian Younge on Blood and Skrillex on Due West. Blood also features work from Lu’s sister, the violinist Jessica McJunkins. As well as collaborating and sharing stages with musicians like Jamie xx, Florence + the Machine, Solange, Sampha, Blood Orange, Mariah Carey, Skrillex, Oneohtrix Point Never, and many more, her collaborations have also stretched across film and fashion and include Gucci, Jil Sander, Kahlil Joseph and Kenzo, Sean Frank, Grace Wales Bonner, Telfar, No Sesso, Come Tees and Total Luxury Spa among others.
